House of Reservations

Acts as the booking and administrative agent for all Bali Adventure Club experiences. It handles reservations, communication, and payment processing on behalf of the operator.

CV Hati Dua Bali

The licensed and responsible operator of all activities conducted under the Bali Adventure Club brand, including dirt bike tours, bicycle tours, and trekking adventures.

Your Agreement

By booking any activity, you acknowledge and accept that your contract for the operation of the activity is with CV Hati Dua Bali, while the booking service is facilitated by House of Reservations.

A booking is confirmed once payment or deposit is received.

Prices are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment methods include bank transfer, credit card, or other approved options.

For private or group bookings, separate terms may apply.

More than 7 days before the tour

Full refund.

3–7 days before the tour

50% refund.

Less than 3 days or no-show

No refund.

In the event of unsafe conditions (e.g., heavy rain, volcanic activity), tours may be rescheduled without additional charge.

All participants must be in good physical condition and free from medical issues that may increase risk.

Personal health, accident, and travel insurance are entirely the guest's responsibility.

Bali Adventure Club, CV Hati Dua Bali, and House of Reservations do not provide medical or personal accident insurance for guests.

Participants are strongly advised to hold valid travel or medical insurance covering outdoor and adventure activities.

Safety briefings are provided before each tour.

All participants must follow guide instructions and wear protective gear.

CV Hati Dua Bali maintains all equipment (bikes, helmets, safety gear) to a professional standard.

The company provides insurance for its own equipment only, covering damage from normal use.

Damage resulting from negligence, reckless riding, or intentional misuse will be the guest's responsibility.

Guests are expected to treat all equipment with care and respect.

Participation in any Bali Adventure Club activity involves inherent risks.

By joining an activity, guests accept full personal responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur.

House of Reservations acts purely as a booking intermediary and is not liable for any incidents, operational matters, or damages arising from participation in the activity.

All participants are required to sign a Liability Waiver & Release Form before starting any tour.

Guests are responsible for their own belongings.

Bali Adventure Club and its affiliates are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items during participation.

Our guides may take photos or videos during activities for operational and promotional use.

If you prefer not to appear in such media, please inform our staff before starting the activity.

CV Hati Dua Bali reserves the right to alter itineraries for safety or operational reasons.

Refunds can be issued for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, government regulations, or force majeure).

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Indonesian law.

Any disputes shall be handled by the Denpasar District Court, Bali, Indonesia.
