No! We offer tours for all levels, from beginners to advanced riders. Dirt bike tours range from beginner-friendly scenic rides to challenging enduro trails. Bicycle tours welcome all levels. Trekking varies from easy to moderate difficulty. Our guides tailor each experience to your skill level.

Dirt bike tours include: bike rental, professional guide, safety gear (helmet, gloves), fuel, water, and photos. Bicycle tours include: guide, bike rental (mountain or e-bike), helmet, water, and transfers from basecamp. Trekking includes: experienced local guide, water, snacks, and transfers from basecamp.

Personal health, accident, and travel insurance are entirely the guest's responsibility. Bali Adventure Club, CV Hati Dua Bali, and House of Reservations do not provide medical or personal accident insurance for guests. We strongly advise holding valid travel or medical insurance covering outdoor and adventure activities.

CV Hati Dua Bali is the licensed and responsible operator of all activities. House of Reservations handles bookings, communication, and payment processing as the administrative agent. All activities are conducted under the Bali Adventure Club brand by CV Hati Dua Bali.

Yes! All tours are available as small-group or private experiences. We can customize tours tailored to your group's interests, skill level, and schedule. For private or group bookings, separate terms may apply. Contact us to discuss your requirements.

Safety is our top priority. CV Hati Dua Bali maintains all equipment (bikes, helmets, safety gear) to professional standards. Safety briefings are provided before each tour. All participants must follow guide instructions and wear protective gear. All participants must be in good physical condition.

The company provides insurance for its own equipment covering damage from normal use. However, damage resulting from negligence, reckless riding, or intentional misuse will be the guest's responsibility. Guests are expected to treat all equipment with care and respect.
